Submitting a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by our team by phone or email. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
Estimates provided by Classic Roof & Attic are free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing. An estimate is not a binding contract. Final pricing may be revised if the scope of work changes following an on-site inspection, or if site conditions differ from what was originally described.
Roofing work is weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule appointments or pause work mid-project due to unsafe weather conditions including rain, high winds, extreme cold, or icy conditions. We will contact you as soon as possible if rescheduling is required. We are not liable for delays caused by weather or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the work area on the day of service. This includes:

Our crew takes care to protect your property during all roofing work, including using drop cloths, conducting magnetic nail sweeps, and removing debris. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, damage to landscaping caused by normal construction activity, or conditions that were not disclosed to us prior to the start of work.
